Ever since I bought my first home I have been intrigued with real estate. Since then I have sold homes, managed rental units, built homes, rehabbed homes and managed a resort business. I am now a Residential Real Estate Specialist having worked in real estate sales for the last 20+ years. I think that my experience in different aspects of Real Estate sets me apart from others. These skills will help me in evaluating homes for sale, assisting clients with new home construction and properly pricing homes to market for sale.
